Have to say a huge thank you to Andy at Goodwins Garage. Yesterday, I was unfortunate to get a puncture whilst travelling back from St Clement to Quennevais. Once I realised something was wrong I stopped by La Folie. I went across to Goodwins and asked Andy if he could help. No problem he said, bring the car across and I'll sort it out for you. Even though he was obviously busy he changed my tyre and wouldn't take any payment. He saved me a lot of hassle and I am really grateful to him. Thanks Andy - hope you see this.

A massive shout out to Goodwins Garage; after having a flurry of recommendations for them I decided to check them out, and I'm so pleased that I did. My car needed a service and they were brilliant, didn't try and tell me I needed things that I didn't, were patient with me and explained things that would be needed to be checked/changed in the near future but that weren't urgent, etc. All in all a massive 2 thumbs up from me and will definitely keep taking my car to them when needed!

If your looking to service your car then Goodwin motors the place to go. Highly recommend them. I needed a service but also new break pads so I contacted a different garage that had advised me I needed new break disks too then quoted me a very expensive bill.
I then went to goodwins & explained what I had been told, they were very patient with me that they explained everything about what signs would show if you needed new break disks. Took my car in yesterday for the service & much to my surprise my bill was half of what I was quoted from the other garage & I actually didn't need the disks changed 😊 they could of just changed them & I wouldn't have been any wiser but they didn't they respected me as a customer & didn't just want money out of my pocket.

Big thank you to No.1 Recovery and Andy Goodwin. The clutch on my car failed as we were driving down Gloucester Street this morning. Maurice managed to push me unto Patriotic Place. No.1 Recovery were with us extremely quickly and the very friendly and helpful young man towed the car (and us) to Goodwins Garage. Andy sorted the problem out within the hour. Thank you very much.

After being in denial over this car I have I finally had to admit something was not right with my car lately and not having the money for big repair bills i was dreading taking it to a garage, but after reading comments on here about Goodwins Garage at Commercial Buildings I decided to give them a go. Today I took the car there and have to say they were really good. I would say 10 out of 10 all round. Customer service, Price and work. Spot on.

Goodwins garage at the esplanade, good prices and first class service. I called at 10 am as brakes on my daughters car seemed squeaky,they said they were busy but bring it down and they would see what they could do. I took the car down at 4pm and it was ready the following morning. The price was good and staff were friendly.

GOODWINS GARAGE: Last night both my headlights decided to stop working, was really dreading the prospect of some hidden electrical fault. Popped by Goodwins garage on my break today and even with them being packed, Andy sorted me out in 5 minutes and cheap as chips. Great guy, great service!!

Goodwins Garage! My car had a leak in the steering wheel oil pipes, they gave me a quote and i asked them to order them. They very quickly came down and i booked my car in for monday. However, on the saturday evening my exhaust fell off! They came to my rescue 9am monday morning, quick fixed my car in sand street car park and then drove it to the garage to fix pipes. They found a problem with my exhaust which would cost around £400 to fix! Luckily they had a second hand part …

Massive thanks, yet again to Andy Goodwin at Goodwins Garage. My sons car developed a fuel leak which not only was dangerous but caused awful fumes to enter the car through the airflow system. After a call to Andy he asked me to drop it round to him to check up on yesterday. He found the leak straightaway and repaired it quickly and efficently.
